Hi all. I live in a small quiet place with a large older immigrant and local community who of course have chat groups etc. They get scam posted often, the most recent was the 'US Stock investors whatsapp group for discussion and tips'. A lot of them fall for these sort of posts, even younger people starting their business were felling for the 'free website while I build my portfolio' scheme. So far, I copy the main body text, post it into the platform and post a screenshot of the 30 other groups with the same text / different image to show them it's not a local person doing something nice for them. So, a guide to recognising and how to check if something is legit seems to be a good solution - any thoughts about this / what would you do or include?
