Online Purchase- Tinnitus Treatment Scam. I was scanning Fox News website late one night and noticed a video ad with Dr Oz promoting a treatment for Tinnitus. It was very long and detailed in nature legit to me with Dr. Oz’s endorsement. If not satisfied guaranteed refund what’s . I ordered 3 bottles thinking I would try it out for a short period of time. Right away I was prompted to order more and save money and that they might be forced to take the ad off because of big Pharma’s law suits. Next morning I called and tried to cancel the order, but they said it was already processed and but I could return it to the named address in Largo, Florida. I called several times and the agents checked the tracking number with the Postal Service to make sure the product was returned. This they verified and promised I would get a prompt and quick refund which I never did receive.
