Phishing. Scammer uses same domain name pretending to be NJMVC to target traffic ticket payers. Their 3rd party site asks you to provide card information to proceed to your ticket and says you will not be charged, then closes out once you enter information and charges your account $49. 99 for "SPORTANDFLEX" as well as creating an account and starting an active subscription under the "Sport and Flex" website for an online fitness subscription.
