I really need some help, I'm way out of my depth here. My emails were hacked into on Saturday, the 1st thing I noticed was that the language had been changed to Vietnamese or something and everytime I changed it back to english it kept changing back. I then started to get sextortion messages in my inbox, but they weren't being sent from an external account they were from my own emails saved as drafts, flagged and pinned to my inbox. They were clearly coming in automatically as it was happening every minute or faster - there were already thousands of them when I logged in. I checked the rules (outlook account) and saw that a rule had been created forwarding all my emails to an external account. I deleted the rule, changed the password and signed out of all devices. However a few hours later I noticed that emails in my junk email were beeing seen and deleted - these were verification emails for credit cards loans etc. Si also noticed that all my personal emails had been removed from this account (and I'm assuming forwarded elsewhere). At this point I marked the account for closure (minimum 30 days to log back in and reopen. That evening my husband received a message on his phone (we have a joint phone contract with him as the main account holder) confirming that my mobile number has been successfully packed out - I had no service on my phone. Upon contacting 3 mobile they advised that a pac had been requested via the online chat and that all security checks were completed successfully so they now have my number. I advised that this is fraud and not done by me, as my phone bills went to that email address, they must have got the info from there. They advised that a case will be opened by fraud and in the meantime there's nothing they can do - they never disconnected the fraudsters line. That night I started getting calls from family and friends advising that my inappropriate pictures are being posted to my social media. I went and checked this and could see public stories on my snapchat posting my pictures. As I went to delete this my phone shut down at 5am in the night and when I managed to get it on again it had gone through a full factory reset. I tried to get into my gmail account which was connected to my phone (and all social media apps/banking apps etc) but was notified that it's been blocked now due to suspicious activity. When trying to recover it advised they would let me know in 30 days at my outlook email address (which was my recovery account) but cannot open before that. When contacting my bank I was advised that someone has already been in online and seen my card details and changed some contact info - they cancelled cards and locked online access. I contacted police but the only thing they can do is make a record and provide refence number. I reactivated my original email and could see the the hacker has still been using this email account- the factory reset was requested through "find hub" There were emails from three m
