I was contacted Missie via email asking for a status update on when I would receive my photos. I also inquired about my 3 month photoshoot as my baby would. On August 28, 2025 Missie finally responded to my email and claimed she was signed into the wrong email and that’s why she hadn’t gotten back to me On May 14, 2025 I sent the Defendant, Melissa (Missie) Jacobson (dba Missie Loves Photography), an email inquiring about the maternity through 1 year photography package advertised on her website and asking if that is a service she still provides During this same time frame, on June 21, 2025 I paid Missie via Venmo $850 for a maternity through 1 year photography package From August 12, 2025 through August 26, 2025 I sent Missie multiple emails, messages through social media, a message through her website, a text, and had a friend contact her on my behalf but did not receive a response This cost me $850.
